We are offering member companies two options to exhibit with A|D|S in our new home of Hall 1 at the Farnborough International Airshow this year:

OPTION ONE: 4 sq m pod on the A|D|S stand @ £3,750 plus VAT

We have 21 x 4 sq m pods available on the A|D|S member stand. Each pod package includes the following:

Tickets:
2 weekly exhibitor passes
5 daily trade invitations

The pod:
Area for 2 x 750 x 900mm graphic panels (production and design not included)
17? Plasma screen
1 x Lockable cabinet
1 Tall stool
Company name displayed on pod
Single 13 amp power socket
2 Spotlights
Wall mounted literature rack

A|D|S reception desk, central lounge area and meeting room:
Use of open meeting areas
Use of meeting room (bookable on a first come firs serve basis)
Use of office facilities (telephone, fax, copier machine)
Tea, coffee and soft drinks in communal lounge area
Staffed reception area throughout show period
Assurance of experienced exhibition personnel dealing with your requirements at all times.

Publicity & PR services:
Entry into official show catalogue
Entry into UK Village brochure
Inclusion of prepared press releases in UK Village press packs
Inclusion on the official delegations visit programme
Networking opportunities

OPTION TWO: 9 sq m enhanced shell scheme stand @ £5,750 plus VAT

We have eight 9 sq m enhanced shell scheme stands available. Each enhanced shell scheme package includes the following:

3 weekly exhibitor passes
9 daily trade invitations

The booth:
1 x Lockable cabinet
1 x Table
2 x Chairs
Company name displayed on booth
Single 13 amp power socket
1 x track light with 4 spotlights
Wall mounted literature rack
