A|D|S, the merged organisation of SBAC, the DMA and APPSS, representing the AerosSpace, Defence and Security communities would be delighted to include your press releases (and associated images) in the A|D|S and UK Pavilion press pack for the Farnborough International Airshow 2010.

Additionally, A|D|S can offer a free press release writing service to UK exhibitors. Please see the press release creation form below. If you would like A|D|S to write your press release/s, please ensure you email the completed form by Friday 25 June 2010 to media@adsgroup.org.uk. Based on the information you provide, A|D|S will write your release/s and send the draft to you for your approval, prior to including the final release in the press pack.

What A|D|S will do with your release:

Before the show
Based on information received from you, A|D|S will collate press releases, write exhibitors press releases (as required), create a full press pack, which will be issued to the media prior to the show (under embargo). A|D|S will follow this up with calls to the media to encourage interest. 

At the show
A|D|S media officers will arrive at the show a day ahead of its opening, liaising with the show daily editorial team/s and other media to ensure stories of interest are disseminated, followed up and, where possible, arranging interviews with exhibitors.  A|D|S will ensure that press packs are available for journalists visiting the show and will actively promote the press packs to all media present throughout the show. A|D|S will also be available to provide public relations and media liaison support to all exhibitors and can arrange press conferences etc as required.

Post show
A|D|S will circulate a coverage report from the show dailies to you.

Please understand that A|D|S cannot guarantee that your press release/s will be published. There is a lot of competition for news space and, whilst we will do all we can, inevitably news judgements are made by editors.
