The following hospitality and meeting facilities are being offered in the A|D|S Member's Chalet (Chalet Row B28-30).

Access Passes

The passes will be sold on a daily or weekly basis and will allow the holder plus one guest:

• Access to the Chalet
• Continuous supply of Tea & coffee and biscuits through out the day
• Two course hot and cold buffet with a variety of salads, vegetables, breads, Dessert & Cheese (served between 12:00 and 14:00)
• A cash bar with alcoholic and soft drinks will be available from 12:00 till 17:00.

The chalet will be open Monday to Friday 09:30 to 17:30 and is equipped with internal seating area, large balcony with seating, excellent views of the flight displays.

Spaces are limited and are available on a first come first serve basis, and costs are as per the below table.

Important Notices:

• Access passes will be collectable on site only and will not be issued until full payment is received.
• All pass must be shown on entering the chalet and guests must be signed in and out of the chalet.
• Tables are not bookable for lunch or any other time.
• Please note only 1 guest per pass will be permitted at any one time and especially during the lunch period.

Prices:

Daily Access Pass
A|D|S Members: £150 plus VATper day
Non A|D|S Members: £250 plus VATper day

Weekly Access Pass (Mon-Fri)
A|D|S Mebmbers: £675 plus VAT (£75 saving)
Non A|D|S Members: £1150 plus VAT (£100 saving)

Meeting Room Facilities (Mon-Friday)

We will have 2 private meeting rooms that seat 6 and one 12 seat meeting room available for booking; refreshments are included in the price. Full Day Prices also include lunch. For 2 hour meetings food can be arranged at an additional cost.
